I had an issue with a tire running flat. I called, and Mike (the owner) told me to come over for them to look at. I arrived at their shop, and within 5 minutes a technician (Rob) was looking at my tire in the garage. He quickly indicated that all I needed was a patch and plug. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I appreciated the unbelievably good service. Juliette, inside customer service rep, was also professional and pleasant. I’d definitely would recommend Hi-Tech Auto Service Center when you have an auto issue.

Hi-Tech Auto Service is absolutely awesome! I had a bad valve on one of my trailer tires and, since I had a trip planned for today, I walked down from my house to see if they could help. The second I walked in, they said they could take care of it—and they immediately got to work on the tire.

What impressed me even more was what I witnessed while I was waiting. Their towing manager had just stopped to help someone he happened to pass on the street because he noticed they were having trouble. That really says a lot about the kind of people who work here.

They were friendly, helpful, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a bind.

Had a wonderful experience here at Hi-Tech! The roadside manager Jeremy saved my day by jump starting my car, and then he replaced the battery and was super sweet as well! And the Parts Manager Sarah was incredible, really nice and even helped me get a car estimate while I was there! Big thanks to both of you, five stars all the way!!!

Rafael was our tech, on a Sunday morning AAA dead battery service call. The engine compartment in our car is a bit, shall we say, crammed for space and removing the old battery was challenging. With a little assistance from me, the job was finished. Oh, and Rafael showed up within five minutes of the call to AAA. How's that for a prompt response time! Big ups.

Tesfa was extremely professional and courteous. He performed the service promptly and was by far the best technician I’ve worked with. I would strongly recommend Tesfa, he is highly knowledgeable and technically strong!

This was the third person who came out in the last week to jump start my call with Triple A. He was the first one who admitted my battery was shot.

He went through everything to get me a free battery from Triple A as it was under warranty.

I called AAA when my car wouldn’t start after a week without driving. They had a rep at my house within an hour. Rafael was great.good energy. He was friendly, reassuring and kept me apprised and showed me the results of every step that he took in diagnosing the problem. In the end it was a dead battery. He explored whether a warranty might still be available for me on the current battery, other suggestions available to me and answered my questions about each. I decided to purchase a new battery on the spot that came with a three year warranty. He removed the dead battery with care and with speed. He replaced it with the new one and we tested it and he was done. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience under difficult circumstances and he was in and out of our life in about 20 minutes. LOL. I’d definitely call them again.
