Tesfa made the difference. Great experience. When I arrived home after a trip, my battery was dead. But once I requested a call from AAA., Tesfa from Hi Tech auto surface came very quickly, and fix the problem. He was so polite, helpful, and informed. This fellow was a full expert and fully professional and so fast and thorough. Replacing the battery on my Chevrolet volt. He is to be commended. While I had thought I might replace this battery myself once it was jumped, watching him, I realized that there was no way I could ever have done this myself. He needed special tools and a tremendous amount of know-how, all of which he displayed throughout. Excellent job. Very happy to have done it this way.
