This fellow was a full expert and fully professional and so fast and thorough. Replacing the battery on my Chevrolet volt. He is to be commended. While I had thought I might replace this battery myself once it was jumped, watching him, I realized that there was no way I could ever have done this myself. He needed special tools and a tremendous amount of know-how, all of which he displayed throughout. Excellent job. Very happy to have done it this way.

Dropped my car off and later they gave me a call with their assessment/cost before proceeding with repair. Answered my questions and I was able to pick up my car with the issue resolved by end of day for cheaper than expected.
