Tesfa, the technician who came to help me as part of AAA was great. He ran the diagnostic to see what the issue and confirmed it was the battery only. He answered my questions and gave recommendations to prevent the problem in the future. I was sorry I could not replace the battery at the time, but hope to very soon.

My battery died overnight and I needed help quickly since I was planning a trip for upcoming weekend. I called AAA and after giving them my info I was told that my technician would arrive within 1 hour and I’ll be notified by text about his whereabouts . Sure enough , after two texts I heard from my service guy (Tess) that he is here ! He addressed my issue , changed the battery … only to find out that the new one doesn’t have enough charge to start my car 😱 ! …so he had to remove it , do all the steps again with another battery and that one was ok .Tess was very professional , patient; did a clean job, explained all the steps ( I’m a curious person who likes to learn ). I commend him for a job well done and if car trouble comes my way next time - I hope can ask for him by name ;) Thank you , Tess !
