My battery died overnight and I needed help quickly since I was planning a trip for upcoming weekend. I called AAA and after giving them my info I was told that my technician would arrive within 1 hour and I’ll be notified by text about his whereabouts . Sure enough , after two texts I heard from my service guy (Tess) that he is here ! He addressed my issue , changed the battery … only to find out that the new one doesn’t have enough charge to start my car 😱 ! …so he had to remove it , do all the steps again with another battery and that one was ok .Tess was very professional , patient; did a clean job, explained all the steps ( I’m a curious person who likes to learn ). I commend him for a job well done and if car trouble comes my way next time - I hope can ask for him by name ;) Thank you , Tess !

Tess was sent by AAA to check out the battery on my Toyota Highlander. Battery was recently replaced but was dead this morning. He was incredibly thorough in showing me the diagnostics that were done on the battery, and he outlined exactly what I needed to do to recharge the battery. He was extremely thorough & clear in his instructions and was super friendly.

Needed car start in Montclair, called AAA, Hi-Tech service man Rich was there within 20 minutes,, tested my battery (no problem), did visual check for wet ignition culprit, got me started. Rich was professional, polite, and customer friendly. It was a good service experience.

Gino was awesome the minute he got out of the van you knew he’s a guy who knows what he’s doing. He was polite, courteous and put us at ease even telling us “I got this you don’t have to do nothing I’ll take care of it.” A standup guy. We are so happy he could get us off to work and fix our battery issue. He replaced the battery and it wasn’t easy, because the placement required the removal of many other parts. He was prepared and unfazed. We are so grateful. Thank you Gino.

Tess was very amiable and informative.My car got stuck on my way to gym.Called AAA and they sent Tess from Hi Tech.Mind you it was late and chilly.He hooked me up with diagnostic test and it needed a new battery.Of course I had just had everything else fixed so it was bad timing that i needed one.anyways he hooked me up with a 225 dollar battery(mine was the original lexus battery from 2009 LOL Kudos to Lexus)Thank you Tess for your help.

Got Hi-Tech through AAA. Tess, the serviceman who came out, was friendly, professional and worked quickly. My battery was dead and he immediately diagnosed the problem. He didn't try to sell me a new battery - as too many techs try to do - but quickly diagnosed the problem and had me on my way in 20 minutes. He also showed me all the diagnostics and told me that I had no issues with the battery or the alternator! I wish every technician was as fair and professional as Tess. Highly recommend!

Rich , the technician who showed up for me on a Sunday morning was fabulous. He was to my home in less than half an hour when AAA said it would be an hour . My car would not start. He tested the old battery which was virtually dead. He asked me if I wanted him to replace it and I said of course. He gave me a new battery and completed the diagnostic and it probably was about 40 minutes total . Very knowledgeable and a very pleasant man . I would recommend him without reservation !

They responded to an AAA call to check my battery because there system malfunctions that might be electrical. They were timely, efficient and courteous. Unfortunately for me, my battery checked out well on the diagnostics performed. I have scheduled an appointment with my auto dealer and it was good to be able to start narrowing in on the likely cause of the issues. The service was covered by my AAA membership.
