Warranty Coverage

Hi-Tech Auto Service Center Inc. warrants that repairs performed by our shop are free from defects in parts and workmanship for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

This warranty applies only to:

• The original customer
• The original vehicle
• Parts and labor supplied and installed by Hi-Tech Auto Service Center Inc.

What IS Covered

• Failure of parts supplied by Hi-Tech Auto Service Center Inc.
• Labor required to repair or replace a covered failed part
• Repairs performed according to manufacturer specifications

All warranty repairs must be performed by Hi-Tech Auto Service Center Inc.

What is NOT Covered

Parts & Items

• Customer-supplied parts
• Wear-and-tear items, including but not limited to:
  • Brake pads & shoes
  • Clutches
  • Wiper blades
  • Light bulbs
  • Batteries (unless otherwise stated in writing)

Damage or Failures Caused By

• Abuse, neglect, or misuse
• Accidents, collisions, or environmental damage
• Overheating or continued operation after warning signs
• Lack of proper maintenance
• Off-road use, racing, or towing beyond manufacturer limits

Other Exclusions

• Pre-existing or unrelated component failures
• Diagnostic time not related to the original repair
• Towing, rental vehicles, Uber, lodging, or loss of use
• Repairs or modifications performed by another facility

Warranty Conditions (Strict)

• Vehicle must be returned to Hi-Tech Auto Service Center Inc. immediately when a concern is noticed
• Continuing to drive after symptoms appear may void warranty coverage
• Proof of maintenance may be required
• Warranty is void if repairs are attempted elsewhere

Warranty Process

• The vehicle is inspected by Hi-Tech Auto Service Center Inc.
• Diagnosis determines warranty eligibility
• If warranty-related:
  • Repair is completed at no charge
• If not:
  • Customer is responsible for diagnostic and repair costs

Warranty eligibility is determined solely by Hi-Tech Auto Service Center Inc.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable.

Authorization of repairs constitutes acceptance of all warranty terms and conditions listed above.
