First time bringing my car here. My AC suddenly stopped blowing hot air just in time for the coldest weather of the winter season. Employees didn’t hesitate to say hello and Juliette and Sara were very personable when assisting me as well. Dropped my car off and later they gave me a call with their assessment/cost before proceeding with repair. Answered my questions and I was able to pick up my car with the issue resolved by end of day for cheaper than expected. This place definitely feels more direct and helpful than most chains, will definitely be back!

I called AAA since my car wouldnt start due to the extreme cold. I was surprised that Tesfa arrived within an hour of calling to check things out. I spoke with Mike, he was very professional. Another shop gave me issues with balancing tires, they told me one of the tires was out of spec and could not be balanced. I had Hi-Tech double check everything, they told me the tires were fine. They balanced all the tires and now my car drives like it did before, nice and smooth. Everyone working there was nice and polite, i will take my car back to this shop for future service.

I always took my wife’s Mercedes to a dealership, but when I had an issue with the Engine light blinking I knew I needed to get it to a shop quickly. Hi Tech in Wayne NJ, services Mercedes so I gave them a Call. They kept in touch with me and made me feel like they truly cared. They took care of the issue and now I’ll use them for my maintenance service. I highly recommend them.

I have always wanted to build my dream vehicle. This past fall, I finally had the opportunity. When looking online, I found Jacked Up Customs and spoke to Mike. When our discussion ended, I knew I had found the right place. Mike and his team guided me through the process and we decided to install an Eibach Stage 1 Suspension Lift Kit along with a set of Toyo Open Country AT3 P285/70/17 tires. The final result exceeded my expectations. This past winter, I decided to install sets of custom lights and there was no question who I would be giving a call. Mike and his team came through again and did an excellent job. Some of lights installed included Morimoto XB Evo Dual DRL Headlights, Diode Dynamics SS5 Stealth Grille LED Pod Kit w/ switch, and Morimoto 4Banger Fog lights. In the last 6 months, ive watched my 4Runner transform into the vehicle I always wanted. If your in the market for MODS, Jacked Up Customs is the place to go.

What an amazing place! They took care of my car right away when I brought it in, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast—all at a very reasonable price.
