I was stuck in a parking lot with a car that wouldn’t start. I tried jumping it, nothing. Call AAA and they send Angel, who was awesome. Made me feel like he would take care of everything and he did. Even offered to help me put all my junk back in my trunk after he replaced the battery. He took his time, made sure the fit was perfect, and it was. Thank you Angel, turned my miserable day into a great one.

I needed a place that would work with my Carmax car care when my check engine light came on. Of course, this happened right before we were supposed to leave for a long weekend vacation in the car. The center was very friendly and accommodating to fit our schedule. They fixed the problem and also took stock of what else the car (GMC) needed before the winter months and a renewed NJ inspection. Cara was our point-person and was great at content communication and explaining every step of the process. We were able to get invoices and pay via texts and links while we were out of town. Very positive and convenient experience overall and will go back if needed in the future.
