First time bringing my car here. My AC suddenly stopped blowing hot air just in time for the coldest weather of the winter season. Employees didn’t hesitate to say hello and Juliette and Sara were very personable when assisting me as well. Dropped my car off and later they gave me a call with their assessment/cost before proceeding with repair. Answered my questions and I was able to pick up my car with the issue resolved by end of day for cheaper than expected. Luke was great. He arrived less than 30 minutes after I put in a request for my car not turning on to AAA, even though the AAA estimate said it would be over an hour. I was not checking my AAA updates so I was not even at my car yet! (sorry for the delay) He replaced my car battery fast for only $230 and was very nice.

I have always wanted to build my dream vehicle. This past fall, I finally had the opportunity. When looking online, I found Jacked Up Customs and spoke to Mike.
