Tesfa made the difference. Great experience. When I arrived home after a trip, my battery was dead. But once I requested a call from AAA., Tesfa from Hi Tech auto surface came very quickly, and fix the problem. He was so polite, helpful, and informed. My car died in my garage and I called AAA. Tess from Hi-Tech came quickly and did a great job replacing the battery in my Ford Fusion. I apologized that he had to work in a tight spot in the garage but he was very nice about it. He made sure that his texts of the receipts and information about the battery came through to my phone. This fellow was a full expert and fully professional and so fast and thorough. Replacing the battery on my Chevrolet volt. He is to be commended. While I had thought I might replace this battery myself once it was jumped, watching him, I realized that there was no way I could ever have done this myself. He needed special tools and a tremendous amount of know-how, all of which he displayed throughout. Excellent job. Very happy to have done it this way.
