Hercules Tires in Butler, NJ

The driver came within the timeframe I was told he did go above and beyond to make sure my car was drivable. Tesfa even went back to the office to go get the correct battery and came back to install it.

Gino was terrific. I couldn’t believe how complicated putting a battery into a Cadillac CT5 was. He did it quickly and put it all back together perfectly.

My car has been there 2 times. The service is awesome .The second time Julia and Mike helped me and my daughter out big time .I wish Mike was there so my daughter and I could of thanked him in person .I highly recommend this place everyone is fantastic. Thank you so much for your help. We couldn't thank you enough 🙏.

Thank God for Justin...Very professional, someone with skills that knows exactly what to do ..He knew right away the issue wasn't my battery and so the terminal was loose and corroded, sadly to say another mechanic didn't have the common sense to check these important things out..Justin, took his time to clean the terminals and tighten them for me...Thanks so much JUSTIN...You just saved me money not getting a starter the other not to bright mechanic insisted I needed...I'm glad you helped me out

Gino was courteous, professional, and quick! He understood our concerns and was patient with us. Gino was extremely proficient and helped alleviate our frustrations by detailing different options for us. Very kind individual. Thank you, Gino!

I had an issue with a tire running flat. I called, and Mike (the owner) told me to come over for them to look at. I arrived at their shop, and within 5 minutes a technician (Rob) was looking at my tire in the garage. He quickly indicated that all I needed was a patch and plug. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I appreciated the unbelievably good service. Juliette, inside customer service rep, was also professional and pleasant. I’d definitely would recommend Hi-Tech Auto Service Center when you have an auto issue.

Hi-Tech Auto Service is absolutely awesome! I had a bad valve on one of my trailer tires and, since I had a trip planned for today, I walked down from my house to see if they could help. The second I walked in, they said they could take care of it—and they immediately got to work on the tire.

What impressed me even more was what I witnessed while I was waiting. Their towing manager had just stopped to help someone he happened to pass on the street because he noticed they were having trouble. That really says a lot about the kind of people who work here.

They were friendly, helpful, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a bind.

Great service, great people, and a business that clearly cares about its customers and community. Highly recommend Hi-Tech Auto Service!

Had a wonderful experience here at Hi-Tech! The roadside manager Jeremy saved my day by jump starting my car, and then he replaced the battery and was super sweet as well! And the Parts Manager Sarah was incredible, really nice and even helped me get a car estimate while I was there! Big thanks to both of you, five stars all the way!!!

Rafael was our tech, on a Sunday morning AAA dead battery service call. The engine compartment in our car is a bit, shall we say, crammed for space and removing the old battery was challenging. With a little assistance from me, the job was finished. Oh, and Rafael showed up within five minutes of the call to AAA. How's that for a prompt response time! Big ups.

Tesfa was extremely professional and courteous. He performed the service promptly and was by far the best technician I’ve worked with. I would strongly recommend Tesfa, he is highly knowledgeable and technically strong!

This was the third person who came out in the last week to jump start my call with Triple A. He was the first one who admitted my battery was shot.

He went through everything to get me a free battery from Triple A as it was under warranty.

He was knowledgeable and very nice. This is the guy I want next time when I have a problem.
