This fellow was a full expert and fully professional and so fast and thorough. Replacing the battery on my Chevrolet volt. He is to be commended. While I had thought I might replace this battery myself once it was jumped, watching him, I realized that there was no way I could ever have done this myself. I spoke with Mike, he was very professional. Another shop gave me issues with balancing tires, they told me one of the tires was out of spec and could not be balanced. I had Hi-Tech double check everything, they told me the tires were fine. They balanced all the tires and now my car drives like it did before, nice and smooth. Everyone working there was nice and polite, i will take my car back to this shop for future service.
