This fellow was a full expert and fully professional and so fast and thorough. Replacing the battery on my Chevrolet volt. He is to be commended. While I had thought I might replace this battery myself once it was jumped, watching him, I realized that there was no way I could ever have done this myself. He needed special tools and a tremendous amount of know-how, all of which he displayed throughout. Excellent job. Very happy to have done it this way.

Employees didn’t hesitate to say hello and Juliette and Sara were very personable when assisting me as well. Dropped my car off and later they gave me a call with their assessment/cost before proceeding with repair. Answered my questions and I was able to pick up my car with the issue resolved by end of day for cheaper than expected. I spoke with Mike, he was very professional. Another shop gave me issues with balancing tires, they told me one of the tires was out of spec and could not be balanced. I had Hi-Tech double check everything, they told me the tires were fine. They balanced all the tires and now my car drives like it did before, nice and smooth. Everyone working there was nice and polite, i will take my car back to this shop for future service.
