Got Hi-Tech through AAA. Tess, the serviceman who came out, was friendly, professional and worked quickly. My battery was dead and he immediately diagnosed the problem. He didn't try to sell me a new battery - as too many techs try to do - but quickly diagnosed the problem and had me on my way in 20 minutes. Rich , the technician who showed up for me on a Sunday morning was fabulous. He was to my home in less than half an hour when AAA said it would be an hour . My car would not start. He tested the old battery which was virtually dead. He asked me if I wanted him to replace it and I said of course. He gave me a new battery and completed the diagnostic and it probably was about 40 minutes total . Very knowledgeable and a very pleasant man . I would recommend him without reservation !

They responded to an AAA call to check my battery because there system malfunctions that might be electrical. They were timely, efficient and courteous. Unfortunately for me, my battery checked out well on the diagnostics performed. I have scheduled an appointment with my auto dealer and it was good to be able to start narrowing in on the likely cause of the issues. The service was covered by my AAA membership.
