First time bringing my car here. My AC suddenly stopped blowing hot air just in time for the coldest weather of the winter season. Employees didn’t hesitate to say hello and Juliette and Sara were very personable when assisting me as well. Dropped my car off and later they gave me a call with their assessment/cost before proceeding with repair. Answered my questions and I was able to pick up my car with the issue resolved by end of day for cheaper than expected. This place definitely feels more direct and helpful than most chains, will definitely be back!

I called AAA since my car wouldnt start due to the extreme cold. I was surprised that Tesfa arrived within an hour of calling to check things out. Within minutes the battery was diagnosed and he had it replaced within 20 minutes. Fast, friendly, effective and a reasonable price. Thank you Tesfa and Hi-Tech!

Put in call for a dead battery on a very cold day. Gino called to confirm vehicle location and his ETA. He arrived when expected, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace the battery onsite all within 30 mins.

I always took my wife’s Mercedes to a dealership, but when I had an issue with the Engine light blinking I knew I needed to get it to a shop quickly. Hi Tech in Wayne NJ, services Mercedes so I gave them a Call. They kept in touch with me and made me feel like they truly cared. They took care of the issue and now I’ll use them for my maintenance service. I highly recommend them.

Tesfa came to jump start my car and I couldn’t be more thankful!! He not only jumpstarted it but also check the battery to see if there were any issues. All in all amazing work and would definitely recommend!!

Luke came to my rescue after a 12 hour shift, only to find my car an unresponsive corpse in the hospital parking lot. Did I mention it was 24 degrees out? It was. Luke was great. He arrived less than 30 minutes after I put in a request for my car not turning on to AAA, even though the AAA estimate said it would be over an hour. I was not checking my AAA updates so I was not even at my car yet! (sorry for the delay) He replaced my car battery fast for only $230 and was very nice.

What an amazing place! They took care of my car right away when I brought it in, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast—all at a very reasonable price. On top of that, I needed my car back so I could visit my mom, who had recently fallen and was in rehab in South Jersey. They went above and beyond by asking me every single day how she was doing, which truly meant a lot to me. It’s so rare to find people this kind and caring anymore.
