What an amazing place! They took care of my car right away when I brought it in, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast—all at a very reasonable price. On top of that, I needed my car back so I could visit my mom, who had recently fallen and was in rehab in South Jersey. The coordination with AAA was great. The battery did not start, so I figured it would have to be replaced. The Hi Tech technician was highly professional, documenting each stage of the process, showing me the readings. I was roadworthy in about 90 minutes, from the time I discovered the battery problem until the new battery was installed. Great job.

Tesfa, the technician who came to help me as part of AAA was great. He ran the diagnostic to see what the issue and confirmed it was the battery only. He answered my questions and gave recommendations to prevent the problem in the future. I was sorry I could not replace the battery at the time, but hope to very soon.
