I called AAA since my car wouldnt start due to the extreme cold. I was surprised that Tesfa arrived within an hour of calling to check things out. I spoke with Mike, he was very professional. Another shop gave me issues with balancing tires, they told me one of the tires was out of spec and could not be balanced. I had Hi-Tech double check everything, they told me the tires were fine. They balanced all the tires and now my car drives like it did before, nice and smooth. Everyone working there was nice and polite, i will take my car back to this shop for future service.

Luke was great. He arrived less than 30 minutes after I put in a request for my car not turning on to AAA, even though the AAA estimate said it would be over an hour. I was not checking my AAA updates so I was not even at my car yet! (sorry for the delay) He replaced my car battery fast for only $230 and was very nice.

What an amazing place! They took care of my car right away when I brought it in, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast—all at a very reasonable price. On top of that, I needed my car back so I could visit my mom, who had recently fallen and was in rehab in South Jersey.
