The tow took place around March or April... From Wayne NJ to my auto mechanic shop.... One of the BEST tow experiences ever!!! The technician arrived promptly to jump start my car. He did tests to be sure my dead battery was not due to a faulty alternator. He replaced the battery and I was on my way in under 25 minutes. Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat tire on 287 on my ride back to my job earlier today. The service I received from Hi-Tech Auto Service Center, specifically Alex, was extremely kind and helpful when dealing with this tough situation. Alex provided me superb service that made me feel at ease even though I was far from my destination. He was instrumental in ensuring that myself and other cars around me were taken care of and safe. In addition to myself, he serviced over 10 different cars that had the unfortunate collision with the pothole, and he was able to do this quickly and efficient manner- often having to wait in traffic and at the tire center to unload the cars and make sure his clients were safe. If I am ever need of a lift again after an incident, I will not hesitate to call Hi-Tech Auto Service Center. They truly do go above and beyond.

Juliette and Mike and everybody working there were welcoming and I felt like I knew them all for years. Gino was excellent!!! The app said 1 hr., 5 minutes for tech to arrive; Gino called us and was there in 5 minutes; it was POURING RAIN but Gino was cheerful and diligent and took the time to diagnose our dead battery and install a new one!

Ugly rainy day. Gino showed up within a half hour bringing his own sunshine. 15 minutes after arriving battery and alternator tested and battery replaced. Great attitude and superior service. Made a bad moment tolerable
