This fellow was a full expert and fully professional and so fast and thorough. Replacing the battery on my Chevrolet volt. He is to be commended. While I had thought I might replace this battery myself once it was jumped, watching him, I realized that there was no way I could ever have done this myself. He needed special tools and a tremendous amount of know-how, all of which he displayed throughout. Excellent job. Very happy to have done it this way.

Gino was amazing! I accidentally locked myself out of my car and he came to my rescue so quickly. He contacted me when he was on his way and again when he arrived, which I really appreciated. He was polite, professional, and had excellent customer service. Best of all, he had my car door open in literally 3 minutes. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I spoke with Mike, he was very professional. Another shop gave me issues with balancing tires, they told me one of the tires was out of spec and could not be balanced. I had Hi-Tech double check everything, they told me the tires were fine. They balanced all the tires and now my car drives like it did before, nice and smooth. Everyone working there was nice and polite, i will take my car back to this shop for future service.

Luke came to my rescue after a 12 hour shift, only to find my car an unresponsive corpse in the hospital parking lot. Did I mention it was 24 degrees out? It was. Luke was great. He arrived less than 30 minutes after I put in a request for my car not turning on to AAA, even though the AAA estimate said it would be over an hour. I was not checking my AAA updates so I was not even at my car yet! (sorry for the delay) He replaced my car battery fast for only $230 and was very nice.

I have always wanted to build my dream vehicle. This past fall, I finally had the opportunity. When looking online, I found Jacked Up Customs and spoke to Mike. When our discussion ended, I knew I had found the right place. Mike and his team guided me through the process and we decided to install an Eibach Stage 1 Suspension Lift Kit along with a set of Toyo Open Country AT3 P285/70/17 tires. The final result exceeded my expectations. This past winter, I decided to install sets of custom lights and there was no question who I would be giving a call. Mike and his team came through again and did an excellent job. Some of lights installed included Morimoto XB Evo Dual DRL Headlights, Diode Dynamics SS5 Stealth Grille LED Pod Kit w/ switch, and Morimoto 4Banger Fog lights. In the last 6 months, ive watched my 4Runner transform into the vehicle I always wanted. If your in the market for MODS, Jacked Up Customs is the place to go.
